Join us on the evening of Wednesday 19th August from 7:30pm as we take a deep dive into the world of fine cider, guided by our resident cider aficionado Mark!
For this tasting we will focus on five high quality, small batch ciders produced through traditional methods and using premium ingredients, resulting in ciders full of nuanced flavour and complex character. We'll also be pairing these ciders with five carefully selected cheeses which highlight and complement their unique flavour profiles.
For regular attendees of our monthly Bierclub who can't wait until next month, this is a great way to ease yourself back into Bierclub season! But even if it's your first time, this event is beginner friendly to those just starting to explore the world of fine cider - don't worry, we keep the jargon to a minimum!
